OUR WORK

Three clients. Real products. Named references.

Every project on this page shipped to production. Every client is a person you can call. We do not show anonymised work.

Healthcare · United States

drtalk

A dental collaboration platform serving thousands of US dental practitioners. From zero to market leader.

THE CHALLENGE

Build a platform from scratch that lets dental practitioners share cases, refer patients, manage documents, and earn continuing education credits. Protect sensitive patient data in a regulated healthcare environment. Ship across iOS, Android and Web simultaneously.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

The entire ecosystem. Five microservices. Three native applications. Over twenty integrations. Real-time collaboration via SignalR. Encryption for sensitive patient data. Practice-level access controls and permissions. Referral tracking across dental networks. Education monetisation through structured courses. This is the production system running today.

STARTTS

NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors

THE CHALLENGE

STARTTS delivers trauma recovery services to refugees from torture and persecution. Their clinicians needed to conduct sensitive clinical assessments across massive language and literacy barriers. Existing tools could not handle trauma-informed care for clients who may not read, write, or speak English.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Human-centred design built with trauma survivors at the centre. Every interaction designed to feel safe, respectful, and accessible. Adaptive interfaces for varying literacy levels. Audio and visual modes for non-literate clients. Cross-platform Flutter development for web and mobile. The platform is now expanding from NSW to national and international deployment.

Lite 'n Easy

Scaling Australia's largest prepared meal delivery platform.

One senior developer. Eight months. Fully embedded.

Lite 'n Easy needed to scale development capacity without the overhead of hiring. They required a senior developer who could work across their React and .NET stack, join their existing team, and deliver features for their nationwide e-commerce platform from day one.

We placed one Brisbane-based senior developer. Not a contractor sitting in a corner. An embedded team member who attended standups, owned features, and shipped code across both frontend and backend. React.js for the customer-facing platform. .NET for the core services.

The engagement was planned for four months. It is running for eight so far. Not because it was behind schedule. Because it was working.

Donnish have been excellent partners for us. They ask great questions to understand what we want to achieve and offer real technical expertise. In the past we have had software consultants give us lots of choices and ideas (for us to decide!) but rarely provided such clear recommendations of the best solution. They have worked with us to understand our service needs to develop shared and concrete expectations of how to best work together to manage timelines, budget, and outcomes. No uncertainty ever lasts long!
